Issues or nominees may be submited by any member from Jan.1st. until Sept.1st.

These issues must be aproved by the board of directors by a simple majority vote

Upon approval they will be added to the official ballot

The ballot will become activated Oct 1st. and will be closed midnight Dec. 31st.

The official voting:

The voting will be done on this website electronicly
Simply fill out the voting form on this website and click "Submit" at the bottom of the ballot form
Vote results will be forwarded to three board members, Ray Stricheck, Doug Leeth and mark Bracken for counting
Votes will be independently counted and concured by the said three board members
The voters choices will remain anonomous
A simple majority will decide the outcome of the issues and nominees posted on the ballot
The new choices and elected officials will become active at the start of the new calender year
